How to enable Facebook Application in your PHPFox?

In social media website’s Facebook is most popular application around the globe. That’s why everybody wants to access Facebook app. Moreover, most of the users want to enable Facebook App in PHPFox social media network.

Steps of Creating Facebook Application: -

1) Firstly, you have to log into Facebook with your personal account. Then, click on this link
                          http://www.facebook.com/developers/createapp.php

2) After visiting above link, there is one field is given by Application Name. In this field, you have to write your name. This name represents application when users are connecting your site with their Facebook account.

3) If you have successfully submitted above steps then your Facebook application will send you a page where you can alter all settings as per your requirement for your new app.

4) Then you will find a Sub-Menu, it includes some options: -
- About
- Website
- Facebook Integration
- Mobile and
- Devices & Advanced

5) Click on Website, here you to give your PHPFox website URL like
                   Site URL – http://live.phpfox.com/

6) Save all changes which you have made. Now, Facebook will send you a page where mention Secret and APT keys and these are required in upcoming steps.


Enabling process of your Facebook Application in your PHPFox: -

You have already created Facebook App and now you have to make a connection between PHPFox Website and Facebook App.

- Click on AdminCP which is given the right corner of the PHPFox.
- Then, select Settings >> System Settings >> Manage Settings >> Facebook Connect.
- Now you have to fill some fields like: -
. Facebook API Key
. Secret Key
. Application ID
- And last Enable Facebook Connect, here you have to select on True.
