There are by default many scripts comes with predefined phrases for examples default signature for the emails, description of profile pages, website name, site logo, and many more. You can conveniently change your predefined phrases in PHPFox social media website.
1) How to change default signature for email?
Signature of email, it is something about the sender. We have two ways to change predefined signature.
The first method, just go to the PHPFox social media website and then click on Admin Control Panel & select Settings > System Settings > Manage Settings: Mail. Now you can check or replace your email signature, whatever you want.
The second method, if you want language phrase for this firstly you have to create a product. After that, go to the AdminCP > Extensions > Language > Add Phrase. Here you can select your product from the drop-down list. In the “Module” drop-down, you can select “Core” option. This is an access control measure, suppose this module is disabled then phrase will also disabled. But “Core Module” cannot be disabled; it is always enabled whenever your script runs. A variable name can be in lower cases and must have no spaces between variable names for example website, email and signature. Now in the text box you can add a signature which you want then click on “Submit” button & you should have a new phrase.
Now you can use new phrase: AdminCP & select Settings > System Settings > Manage Settings: Mail. There is one section that is called “Signature” here you can give reference to your new phrase (phrase var=’core.website_email_signature’).
2) Changing the process of site logo
Just go to the AdminCP > Extensions > Themes > Manage Themes. Select Theme and click on manage styles, and then you can click on the menu icon of any style and change the logo. Or you can directly change the logo from the footer bar and give your logo path and then click OK.
3) You can Change Site Title
If anyone want to update your site title in PHPFox social media website then you have to follow a couple of steps. Click on AdminCP (Admin Control Panel) > Settings > System Settings > Manage Setting > Core. Search for Site Title, Meta Keywords & Meta Description.
4) Change “From” in mail
whenever you send a mail by default it uses “Null” value or name. You can also change this setting from AdminCP > Setting > Manage Settings in the “Global Settings” option you can find “Mail” there is given “From” option where you can change as per your requirement.
5) Copyright “Site Name” can be Change
You can also change your “Site Name Copyright” with a couple of steps: - AdminCP > Setting > System Settings: Core, here you can change “Site Name”.
